As explained in the story, Graf plans to turn the building, which served as the office building for George Westinghouse's air brake company, into a boutique hotel, event center and restaurant, similar to the Priory Hotel. The building, vacant for nearly four years, was made available through sheriff's sale. Graf is presently raising funds to begin the project, which, if things proceed according to plan, should open some time in 2019.
