The
Priory’s 25 guest rooms have been carefully restored
to Victorian and Edwardian era elegance, and each room
is uniquely decorated and furnished. A return to the
grace of a by-gone era does not mean sacrificing modern
amenities, however, as all of The Priory’s guest
rooms have wireless high-speed Internet access, irons and ironing
boards, hairdryers and cable television. Our eight business-class guest rooms have hard-wired high-speed Internet ports. Please note
that The Priory does not have an elevator, although
it does have four first-floor guest rooms.

outline below offers a brief description of room types
at The Priory Hotel, followed by the rate for each
type of room:
Large
Suites (2): Each large suite
has one bedroom and a sitting room. The bedrooms contain
one (1) queen size bed, and each sitting room has
a queen size pullout couch. Please note that the rates listed below are suggestive only, and are subject to change. The rates listed below may be different from those actually quoted for any particular day. Rate:

Small
Suite (1): Located on the first
floor, the small suite offers a bedroom with one (1)
double bed and a sitting room with a pullout full-size
couch.

Suite (1): Taking up the entire fourth
floor, the Apartment Suite offers a queen bed in the
bedroom, along with a spacious living/dining area
featuring a pullout queen size couch. The suite alsohas
a full kitchen, and a striking view of the Pittsburgh
skyline. Rate: $195.00-235.00

Standard
Rooms (17): Each room has a
private bath, some with tubs, some with tub/shower
combinations. There is only one (1) bed in each room.
Some rooms can accommodate rollaway beds, for an additional
charge.

Rooms (2): These rooms are similar
to Standard Rooms, but boast a king as opposed to
queen size bed.

Single
Rooms (2): These cozy rooms possess
one (1) twin bed per room and are suitable for just
one guest.

The Priory honors AAA, AARP, and military discounts, subject to certain blackout dates at management's discretion. Call about special rates for goverment employees traveling on government business.
All
rates are based on double occupancy and do not include
14% state and county sales and occupancy taxes. Children
12 and under stay for free. There are additional charges
for rollaway beds and for extra adults beyond double
occupancy. A maximum of four (4) people can stay in
any room or suite.
